Will Bears Delay pre-empt Phins on CBS?

Nance and Simms are doing the main game for CBS....the game is delayed for bad weather so will the Bears be back on when the Phins kick off on CBS?

CBS doesn't have the double header so if you are getting the bears game you probably won't be getting the fins game anyways.
