As with any major coaching change, I think it's fair to see how a player will respond, I just wonder if Chris Chambers will do just that. He didn't have an outstanding season last year, but it's a whole new ballgame this year. Thoughts?

I have no idea....Excellent question.
I belive, he (like ALL of the players) wil ltry to prove himself o the new coach.

Duaunte Is healthy and if he hooks up wit Chambers See yaaa!!! Lights Out
I hope so, he never really has had a chance to 'bond' with Culpepper on the field yet, with all the D's re-healing of his surgery. I really think they could be like the Culpepper/Moss combo in Minnesota, given the chance.:dolphins:

Chris Mortensen on ESPN said that with Cams offense, this could be the rebirth of Chambers!!!!!!!!

The offense is going to help him because defenses won't be able to key in on just him. If you look at SD none of their receivers are #1 receivers but they all seem to get open. Ronnie will probably be the one player to improve the most out of everyone.

CC will be great if DC's back to form, even with the supporting cast he's got now. (Hmm, positive thinking -- in March. I hope it lasts.)

Chris Chambers is still considered the face of Miami's offense. I believe he will do just fine in Camerons offense. I think Camerons gonna be excited to have a receiver like Chambers because he never really had a good solid receiver that he could depend on in SD.

It's already been proven that when Chambers has somebody to throw him the ball, and when there's somebody to distract the opposing cornerbacks, that he can make some plays. It's obvious in the change from Wanny to Saban. His stats changed immediately. :dolphins:

It's not necessarily the opposing conerback but the safeties.

Mularkey's offensive system last year didn't attack defenses, it reacted to it. It didn't force defenses to do something they didn't want to do or take them out of their comfort zone. Rarely did you see a receiver running seam routes to occupy or keep the safety in the middle of the field. Nor was the running backs used much in the passing game which would have kept the LBs from getting deep into their drops opening up the middle of the field.

Basically with more speed, combined with an attacking style, on offense Chambers should return to his pre 2006 form.

Well, there is a reason you are asking the question right? I mean, we have seen what has happened so far. We are getting rid of dead weight overpaid contracts. I can see a draft day trade happening in the second round.

And I am amazed at all the Quinn lovers why you would never even bring up the notion that CC could be a part of a trade to move up. Do I have to do all the thinking around here?

Thats funny. I thought it was wes welker and ronnie brown. CC is not the face of this offense and if he is, you should be outraged!
