Guy looks like a baller on Thursday night for the Ravens. Unreal we can trade a corner with the nonsense we've been seeing for the first 3 games.
 
A former player goes to a new team with a competent coaching staff and performs. What a shocker.
 
lol... u beat me to it.... i been watching the Balt vs. Pitt game too.

Will Davis has made a couple nice plays on the ball and in coverage late in the game


but all in all, I love these Pitt vs Baltimore games.... always great ones!!!
 
He looked like a baller with the Dolphins too. He is incredibly athletic, quick, and has superb technique. His problem was he wasnt healthy, he couldnt be relied on because his leg was day to day. Coaches didnt play him but kept him for a reason.
The GM screwed up yet again.
 
Was a dumb trade . . . he is a gambler but had more ball skills and playmaking ability than anybody not named Grimes on this team.

Philbin the clown. Worst talent evaluator in the NFL and no ability to develop and nurture talent.

The only coach in the NFL that can make a perennial all pro in Suh look pedestrian. I wonder how many players have had their careers destroyed by Philbin the clown? Just look at Rishard Matthews, wasting away for 3 years because Philbin is incompetent.
 
Stings considering how unimpressive the depth at corner is. Interested to see how he plays the rest of the year.
 
He was the only guy that always seemed to be "competing" for the ball. Yes, he gets burned sometimes...and the staff didn't like it. They prefer playing 11 yards off, giving them 6 yard chunks and then coming up to make the tackle...

Point is, our coaches are completely inept, and wouldn't know how to use a player if you gave them a scheme. We will be SO much better off next year starting fresh, I don't think any potential coach could be any worse than the garbage Ross has acquired over the last half decade.
 
If Will Davis goes on to become a star our entire coaching staff should just quit football forever.
 
I had no problem with him playing the ball when he was here. I had an issue with his physicality when tackling. He didn't progress in his tackling ability in his whole time here. The trade was fair, imo. We need a fast physical freak corner ala another Davis we once traded away, ignorantly.

If will davis is the 3rd corner im getting the ravens in the nickle...

Should have been paying attention to those 2 guards of baltimores...they are the life force of the offense...if miami had that level guard play this offense would pound the scoreboard
