will frerotte start the whole season???

I am going to have to say no because the quarterback position is under a lot of fire right now. Plus with this offensive line there is a big possibility that Frerotte will get injured. Considering he suffered a concussion running into the wall while celebrating.

The chances are very good that he will miss at least one game due to injury or poor performance. Our Qb's last year barely survived the season; we'll have an injury or two to our QB's this year.

I think Frerotte is bandaid on a gaping wound and I would be surprised if the wound was not shored up more completely as the season develops.

I really doubt Saban switches his QB's around all that much. I think since he decided Frerrottes the starter, then thats who hes going with. Frerrotte will have to do a lot to mess this up.

remember last year.....fiedler got yank in the first game at halftime for feeley....i dont think Saban will do that....but if Ferrotte makes mistakes....the kind that cost the team dearly...then there might be a switch....i fully expect Couch to end up in a dolphin uniform sometime soon. just please dont expect too much from this team this year....I would bet a submarine....that the QB starter for the opener in 2006 is not even on this team right now....so this is just a rebuilding year Saban Style.

I hope saban taught him some new celebrations in practice so we dont have to deal with an injury like that. Frerotte is pretty injury prone so I guess we have to take special precautions with him.

I would be willing to bet all three QB's play this year and maybe even another guy they pick up. Hopefully one of them does a good enough job to keep the spot, but I just don't know if I see that happen. Plus the way Saban has talked about it, it seems he won't hesitate to pull someone.

the only way he starts all season is if we are contending for a playoff spot....
or maybe he plays real well regardless and we think he can take us to the playoffs next year.

Behind our o-line??? No f'in way. At least 3 different guys will start at QB for us this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if we're dredging Steve DeBerg off the scrap heap to play QB by week 17.
