Will Hickey draft locals?

When Tampa won their Super Bowl their roster was packed with Florida State, Florida, and Miami players. I always loved that approach. Question is was Hickey part of that logic and will he go that route in upcoming drafts? Thoughts?

It took Ireland a long time to learn to embrace the Florida boys. If there are players we want, I would select at least 2 (from UF, FSU, UCF, UM), every year. When in doubt between player X or player Y, if X went to a Florida university, it becomes a plus.
