I hate to break it to ya. But ricky isint what he used to be. Kay-Jay pretty much showed up every other running back except for 1. I dont see why we shoulnt keep him. He'd be good for those goaline formations

Will you give it a rest with your homer garbage. Kay Jay looked NO BETTER than any other running back. He had one play in a semi-prevent defense...BIG DEAL. And he made a tackle on special teams..WHOOPIE! Is that something to be proud of, shooting to be a RB and get known for making a tackle on special teams???

I think some people are deciding who stays or go's a little early. There's still 4 more preseason games. But based on past performances Minor should go.

I'd say it's 50/50. He really hasn't done anything in camp to make you go :eek: . We'll see. I was excited about picking him up though.

kay jay harris IS NOT making this team. that's not necessarily because he sucks because i don't know. but i know he's not making this team.

What prompted you to make this statement ?? You got a pipeline to Saban ??

I don't think he'll make the squad either, but because we have quite an arsenal of RBs already...but I'm not going to state that he won't make the team unequivocally....

If there is an injury, he could very well make the 53 man roster...I'd be happy if he at least makes the PS...personally, I don't see Gordon making the team either, but that is after his performance against the Bears...yes the OL was not very good, but he was tenative hitting the holes and danced too much..you'd have thought it was a hoedown out there with his running Saturday...

Minor again looked good. I'd like to see the Fins move on without him too, but he does offer a little versatility that we didn't see from the guys currently on the roster (we haven't seen Brown yet)...He is a much more fluid reciever than RW, KJ, SM, or others...But he is another guy that always seems to look good in TC and then dissappears during the season.

I would have thought before camp that Morris would be kept as a back up FB and RB, but with Evans probably entrenched as the #1 FB, and J. Martins awesome blocking ability that looks shaky too.

The RB and FB positions are chock full of decent backs. Whomever doesn't make it will probably land on another team somewhere, whether that be via trade or getting picked up off waivers...

I think he might have a shot at making the team as a fullback. We could bulk him up a little more but he is already pretty big. He catches pretty well too. I think he has alot more upside at FB than Sammy Morris... anyone else agree???

I'd like to see it happen, but we seem to be very deep at the RB position. I don;t think he sucks, but I also don't think we need him (especially if we keep Minor fot ST purposes).

S-Team

For him, I'd say the biggest factor is playing special teams, followed by being a versitile player (hb/rb/fb/kr). He could do it. Barring injury to the others, he is low man on the totem. Lamar, Ronnie & Ricky will be there. Travis is a key man on s-teams. Sammy is a proven back-up but is the key competition for KJ. My best guess is that someone gets traded. Who? Maybe I'll strat a new thread here.

I voted no...not because he sucks but because I think with Gordon, Williams, Brown & Morris we have enough.....now if we trade Gorden or Minor yeah then I think he'll stay....
