Hard to say if we ill be looking to upgrsde the OL until Benton sees what he has in the young guys, which is what Philbin said a month ago. Chances are that there will be some grizzly old vets to fill in for a year if needed, as in Philbin saying the same on Martin not being ready last year, which fell on Ireland's deaf ears.

Potential problem #2 is at LB. We are trying to move everyone around, and hoping that Misi in the middle will work. I have my doubts but,we shall see. Hickey wanted Jackson but, was out bid. Don't know that there will be an upgrade coming availabe, and do not see any viable options from within this year.

I guess RB would be #3 but, I'm good with what we have. If we go by Philly's O last year, McCoy got 890 snaps, which will be split between Miller and Moreno. Philly's backup Bryce Brown was a 7th rounder from 2012, and had 200 snaps. DT is better.

I think OL is looking good.

agree with MLB issue,. We need one and no one knows if MISI can play MLB or TRIPP?

A first year MLB, other than Moseley, is gonna get killed in trying to be the QB of the D. Good chance that Misi will have the smae problems. We shall see.

Possibly...A rookie steps up and takes a serviceable vets places could lead to a camp cut worth something.....happens every year.

For O-line I would still look for an upgrade in a swing tackle (Albert and Fox are injury concerns)....MLB...I doubt you find a starter caliber player cut, but stranger things have happen

I'm pulling for Tripp to take over at MLB, and Ellerbe and Misi to man the OLB. Wheeler can rotate with Misi, and I am interested to see if any of the UDFA can unseat the back up LBs.

I'm thinking of cap cuts from teams who know they are not contenders, and may want to roll over cap savings to the future. We may be able to find a player or two. There are also likely to be a few that teams or looking to trade for a little something, as well a guys who will be somewhat over priced. We do have the cap space to do something IF it makes sense.

Utilizing Tripp in the middle speaks volumes, I'm not so sure they are confident with Misi being there. They are exploring all options

There are capable MLB's on the free agent market right now. Miami hasn't even brought one in for a visit. Don't expect Miami to go dumpster diving when guys are cut.

Just saw where SF RG Boone is holding out and asking for a trade. No comment from SF. He'26, good on the bun little below avg on the pass but, is 6'7' and 325. /don't know about the fit.

not a fit at all. besides, we have a similar, less durable version of Alex Boone on the roster (Nate Garner)

There was Jackson who came in but, we were out bid.
