I'm moving to Arizona at the end of this month :boohoo: Lived in Florida all my life, and still haven't gotten to see a Fins game. Hopefully they play the Cardinals soon because I'll be right next to the stadium. But do any of you know how the Dolphins coverage is out there? If it's just a few games aired there, then I won't have much to get used to because its the same here. At least I'll get to see the primetime games though :hi5:

idk i live in ny and i see only 2 dolphins games per year.... at the bills and the bills at ours. lol get sunday ticket or watch it online

you are moving right down the street from me welcome to the AZ....I either go to the bar or watch on directv

Oh really? How is it there? I'm going there because my dad is getting a job at The Shout House ( or something like that ) and so can you estimate roughly how many Fins games they show?

Yeah, even here, I have to end up watching live streams of our games for about 10 or so of our games, and that just sucks ***

Actually I live right next to the stadium as well. Actually just a block away. There is a bar I go to right up the road that is awesome. They have Cardinals and Steelers banners up but there are usually about 10 to 15 Fins fans in there watching games. I would like to get a done of people there and fill the place up. Let me know when you get in town.

Maybe in a few years, I'm only 16. Maybe I can get snuck in wearing an XXL Fins jersey?

But this is very cool, I didn't realize there were a lot of Fin fans where I was going.

Dont worry, its kinda of a bar/grill kinda of place. So you are able to go in and enjoy the game. Even my daugher (2 years old) went with me all last year to watch the games. Now that I just had my other daughter (born on 5-1) will be going to the game as well.

Oh! Nice. I'll definetely go chill there a little then :hi5: Hopefully I can go ahead and get my license when I get there, but I'm not sure how it works with having a permit from Florida and then moving there, ah well.

But damn, I just checked our schedule, and we aren't playing the Cardinals this year, that sucks. Would have been a nice first year thing, but either way, I'll still get to see my first NFL game.

Yep, your about a year to late with the move. They came here last year, Week 2. My first time ever seeing the Dolphins but to bad we couldnt get a win that week. But good to see them non the less.

Yeah, I don't know if that would have been the best game to see  But like you said, it still would have been nice to see them.

So how is it out there? Is it nice/friendly/stuff to do?

You get a mix of people. Since a lot of people come here from all over. I have lived here my whole life and it is pretty rare to run into one of us. Just beware of the road rage and the photo radar on the free ways. We have our bad parts of town just like everywhere else but it is a pretty good city. Lot of things to do on this side of town with the stadiums and everything. Really growing out here on the West side. Great weather out here for doing lots of things. I am sure you are use to heat since you are from Flordia, we have a lot of it out here but it is a really dry kinda heat, not a lot of humidity. You will be joining us just in time for the 115 degree weather. Make sure you have some good A/C. And welcome to the Desert.

I went to grad school at ASU and used to watch the Phin's games from a sport's bar in Tempe called McDuffy's. I try to get back to the Phoenix area several times a year. I was there back when the Cardinals played at Sun Devil Stadium. The new stadim looks really nice.

From my time on the west coast... I LOVE it. You get all the games, and, get them earlier. You can still get to work the next day if you get your buzz on watching the games. Dolphins coverage is pretty spotty, I'd guess, but, being out west is how to roll watching sports in general.

Huh, sounds pretty cool there. Sounds like here (Pensacola) except, interesting and there's stuff to do  And yeah, I know heat  I'm thinking back to football practice in 90 degree weather, right after it just rained so near 100 percent humidity, in all black (team colors)

And that's cool, Goon. I know here, I always get the crappy games that no one wants to see, hopefully that changes over there!
