With all this drama will guys like Brent grimes or, if he gets healthy, Dustin Keller want to even come back here?? To this circus that is happening to this team?

A question that needed to be asked! Answer?

Overpay them enough and you can get almost anyone.

Good thing we're 20 million under the cap. We can afford to overpay them.

Depends on how its handled and what really went on. As of now Id say yeah. The FO has seemingly acted quickly on this as the info presented itself. Throw some money and keep winning this season on it and I say sure, we'll have most back.

It's a good question, especially if other teams match or beat offers...

Unless it's for more money here, I doubt anyone would return to a mess like this

I know that... But will he even want to come back to the circus?

Like the others stated, money will talk. If you think this is a circus then IMO it would cost a little more to get him to stay.

It really depends how much and deep down this Incognito thing goes, and if there is a fracture in the lockerroom. If it is just the one player that is easy to handle and stop the circus (cut him).

No lets say there is more players involved or coaching staff involved (speculating obviously). Not only would it be hard to keep players but bringing players into what they consider a toxic environment will be tough.

So it all depends how this is handled. Right now I think it is being handled pretty good (from an outsider looking in). Next step IMO should be Incognito gets cut.

Depends on the final resolution to this mess. I am all about cleaning house so there can be no question that the team is run as a professional organization should be.

Suspending him was a great step for them, but the fact that information has come out with Martin saying something back in April doesn't make this look good.

No it doesnt. However completely cutting ties with it also helps. Players have short memories. Look in Philly with Cooper. However racial areas are always touchy, and this is an area that can make players look elsewhere. And the fact that SO MUCH is being leaked to the media here would concern me.

Everyone talks about the Patriot way, what is that, in house stuff dealt with in house. Players like that. They like to be shielded from the public. I think there is alot here that Phins need to still deal with. However if they do it right the players will have a short memory See Riley Cooper.

I want Grimes back, the others I would be willing to wait and see.
