no devlin does not play as they plan to place on practice squad
if devlin plays that means the dolphins will claim another qb off waivers..
if not impressed tonight unless he shines in the last preseason he makes the final 53..

They have to play. Moore is cemented in at QB#2, it will be O'Connell and Devlin battling it out.

I agree. I think Devlin can be a Pennington type QB. He needs some experience and being the 3rd QB would be perfect for him.

Generally speaking, 3rd string QB's get plenty of playing time in the last pre-season game.
