I know this is not news to most of you guys, and I don't have a few thousand posts like some, but I can promise I am on this site religiously, at LEAST 2-3 times a day just in the hopes of some Dolphin tibit to make me smile. In doing so I seem to run across the "dolphins fan" who seems to think Will Poole has been injured for two years, and it drives me crazy!

Fact: Poole was out last year due to injury! He played 15 of 16 games his rookie season!!! Get it straight you "dolphins fans".

PS: Poole will be a stud this year! And I think the secondary is shaping up very well!

Thanks for letting me rant! Keep up the good work my fellow psycho fin fans! I love all the info you guys dig up!

yes i agree, poole will be a stud....i expect him starting along side allen...anyone remember poole shutting down chad johnson on that sunday night game 2 years ago :)

I think our secondary will be much improved too. Poole is going to be a big reason for it. Saban has alot more to work with then he had last year and I'm sure we will pick another DB in the first 4 rounds that comes in and competes right away.

Dare I say Mister shut down?

I've been waiting for Poole's breakout. He showed flashes of brilliance his rookie season and then we lost him for last year. I think he's gonna be the bomb and he'll k.o. :emjai: all the big recievers he goes against. From the sounds of it the Orginization is excited about his possibilities too! Our D is gonna be the shut down kings especially if we can land Manny Lawson. With him in the front 7 and what we have, Will and the rest of our backfield will just be able to sit back and pick appart opposing QB's

Now that's my kind of rant....have at it...

Heres another fact...in 10 days it will be one year since his injury!!!

Injured on May 4th 2005
Had surgury on May 16 to repair Medical Meniscus and ACL...

Will Poole could be a stud and should solidify our defensive backfield. Can't wait to see him in action again. I kind of doubt Manny Lawson will be there at 16 in the draft, but would love to see him in a Dolphins uniform!

In Saban We Trust!

why must every thread have a proclamation of some fan's draft desire? Thank you for adding in to the thread, but manny's draft position was a little off topic.

p.s. I think Poole will be our starter alongside will allen, but i think allen and daniels will alternate covering the third reciever. allen, except for the moss incident last year, stays will with speedsters, and daniels seems to be good on the possesion recievers in breaking up passes. Poole i think is the most talented of the three.

Last year I was pretty up with Poole and our secondary with him in it, even after Surtain left etc.
But then he got his with the bug and I had fears of our back yard. Which were evident.

I'm hoping he comes up strong and does not get hurt again. But I do like his style.

Poole does have the potential to be special, lets hope.

I just hope that the progress he made in his first year wasnt set back due to the injury and not playing at all last year.

Rookie corners usually get worked over in the NFL, we have been lucky as poole and daniels did decent jobs their first year.

If poole is 100% and shakes the rust off I think he will do fine.

If our secondary can stay healthy, I think they can keep us in games next year.
