So far he's only done this once in his career (last year). He was known to be a bit injury prone in his first few years in the league.. what do you guys think ? Will he have back to back 16 game seasons or will he miss a few games?

I'm betting he plays 14-15... just because of how hard he runs, odds are he will get banged up a little one game and twist an ankle or aggravate his hamstring again.

You have to be very careful with Ronnie not to overuse him. Currently IMO we are right on the verge with the wildcat. Remember Ricky does not run it or not very well and with Cobbs out if we loose either of those 2 guys then there are going to be issues. I have already been concerned at the end of some of these games Ronnie had been gassed and has stayed out there. Sporano and Co will have to be careful not to get greedy with Ronnie and spread those snaps around a bit. Hopefully Henne keeps emerging and takes some of the press off Ronnie to product so much and if his yards are up it is because of really long runs.

Thanks for jinxing it *******. There's just some things that should never be brought up

I hope not and the whole thing that Ronnie is injury prone is dumb. He is a player that has had injuries happen to him that are very unlucky. Like the ACL injury when he is trying to tackle the guy after a INT. Or when he was running the ball and hits his hand of a helmet like come on.

So its not like he keeps injuring the same thing over and over like a Carnell "Ford Tempo" Williams.

he also hurt his hamstring on his own. and the tackle on the INT was still a real football play it wasn't a fluke he hurt himself on his own, the helmet that broke his hand was the only fluke type of injury

oh and his ankle on his own too...

look im not saying anything bad about ronnie he is a freakign BEAST out there and I think is a top 5-6 RB in the entire league.... It's just that with his style of play you usually end up hurting yourself somehow over a 16 game season.

How's this looking now??

I think I even got negative rep for this post... even though it seems I was dead on when I posted it over a month ago...........

Ronnie _ Is _injury_prone..

It's because of his hard bruising running style, he is likely to miss a few games each and every season...

Good thing we have Ricky and Im actually looking forward to see Hilliard run.

Wow, I just checked my page and I got Negative Rep just for bringing this up a month ago?? Even though it turned out to be 100% true??

that deserves a bump..........

 It seems people are handing out those negative points more than ever. Even I recently have been getting attacked. I guess you just hit someone's nerves.

Completely agreed. The whole point of reputation points is nice...but its drastically misused by many posters here.

Yesterday I lost rep points because someone didn't agree with what I said. I didn't personally attack that person or even say anything that would have warranted someone reporting me or adding to my rep. Its dumb to have it if people are going to abuse it.

Yeah, exactly. Today someone took away from mine because I said Ricky is going to leave if Ronnie doesn't get resigned. All I got was a "?" for the comment. I mean, come on, at least leave your name if you want my reasoning behind that.

I do believe it is misused like you said. I see plenty of guys (but certainly not all) with their bar completely filled with red, make great points and good posts. I've also seen guys with rep way up there make some dumb posts.

I've made some dumb ones myself, but I don't think posts that get away from people should judge whether their opinion is going to be respected here or not.

Thank God someone here wrote this. How do people NOT understand this huge piece of info? He is not injury prone, just had some real bad luck.
