Atlanta defense seems to be middle of the pack.
Henne been doing well in practice
and has new toys..
Mallet scores 28 in a half
so i want the dolphins to score 28 points!
Is it doable or should we expect the dolphins not to score more than 20?

I think our defense is deep
even some of our second and 3rd teamers
could be 1st stringers on some teams so i think we hold ATL below twenty.
 
Probably not considering the team could care less about preparing for Atlanta. Excited to see the speedsters like Bush, Gates, and Grigsby.
 
Some of you guys get to caught up in preseason results and stats. It is meaningless and doesn't prove anything. All that matters is that they get out of the game healthy.
 
Mallett is also in an offense that would allow him to put up those type of numbers...
 
Who cares, seriously. I don't even know why people even watch preseason. Stu-stu-stu stuntmen!

I don't think we'll score that much and I don't care. I hope our 1st team line (whoever it is) plays like a unit and I hope Henne is accurate.
 
It doesn't matter how many pts you score in preseason, the important thing is to get work in for your regulars and get out of the game healthy.
 
Will we score 28 points? No.

Our players dont have the playbook down completely and im doubtful our backups will be able to put up to many points. Our depth at quarterback and running back is...questionable.

But the most important reason of all: the games we have played against Mike Smith's Falcons have been weird. For whatever reason we just do not play that team well. We do things that are out of character for our team. Anyone remember the first game of 2009? After we only had 13 turnovers the year before we had what...4 fumbles?

I dont expect much from the Dolphins tonight. Just hope no one gets injured and our first team offense shows some chemistry.
 
I dont really care how many points we score I do wanna see alot of sheets and see what gates can do I also wanna see what Jimmy Wilson will look like out there

But they have to score 30 points otherwise we'll se 500 posts about how they suck in not drafting Mallett
