It is very obvious when this team gets a nice lead we are very tough to beat. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the only time we are tough to beat and we have only done that versus cheap teams (Raiders, Jax, Bears). It is obvious that this year we cant win close games. This D is very similar to the Lions D, but opposite on offense (Good run game, mediocre pass game). This is a classic game where we have to make them one dimensional with a early lead like 10-3 or 14-3 and we should be able to control it from there. If its a close game or the offense has to win with a final drive, I just dont see it happening.

So I ask, Will the Offense Show Up vs Bills (24+ points)?
 
Only 1 team has put up more than 23 points against the Bills defense. That was NE.

So no, I don't think Miami will be that 2nd team.
 
I dont think we can score that much on offense against this kind of D

Not trying to nitpick but that's only 20 points being produced by the offense.
 
I don't think this offense goes crazy on this defense. I'd be surprised if offensively we scored 20. Our defense is going to have to play a major role tonight.
 
Only if our defense gives us a ton of great opportunities.

If Buffalo gets to 21, we likely can not win tonight.

I am sensing that our defense will come up big tonight and the Phins win a tough 16-13 or 17-13 type game.
 
I'd love to say yes, but it's a no brainer no. This game has the feel of our Thursday night game with the Bears when we lost 16-0. We went into that one banged up also.

So basically what you are saying is, if Miami does, you will be EXTREMELY impressed?
 
I voted yes, not because i think our offense will score 24, but I believe we will get some points from special teams/ defense.
