Will the Phins do the right thing??

According to reports the Dolphins are neg. w Jake Long, this will be a wise move due to the fact that he is a type of guy that can anchor the offense for years to come. Also, he can come in and start right away, lets us not forget Joe Thomas last year! He did wonders for the Browns, granted the weapons were in place a little better than they are in Miami, but with Long Dolfans finally can get excited!!

i agree....but braylon edwards and kellen winslow jr also have alot to do with the brows resurgence. i wish we had pro bowlers at wideout and tight end like they do.

They will do the right thing. I am just not so sure that includes drafting Jake Long.

The Phins are doing the right thing. As long as we take either Gholston or J. Long, the number 1 pick would be a success. Those are the only 2 players that really intruige me.

Well, remember, they didn't look great or phenominal until Thomas and Anderson.

I understand, you can say the same for thomas as well. However, if the blocking isn't there then no one looks good. So it all starts with the blocking and Thomas.

i dont really care who we get since we said its not gonna be Ryan. I think either long or Gholston will come in and make a difference right away. After seeing some of the lineup's we went with last year i already feel better about our team

Slippery, we won't trade or 32nd pick for Brady Quinn. IMO we won't draft a QB with the 32nd pick either. We have to many holes to fill. I have heard and read that the fins like what they see in Beck. I want to see him perform with a good offensive line and some more weapons. I guess we will find out in a couple weeks.

first, its going to be JAKE Long. and if u look at the news today...you will see that they are negociating with JAKE Long and "Vernon Ghoulston", not Matt Roth, I mean, Chris Long.
