Will the Saints leave New Orleans?

Yeah, I have a feeling New Orleans will never be major city again. Sad.
 
Just to add to my above post. Back in the Early 1900's, Houston was a suburb of Galveston, Texas, until a hurricane leveled the city. Galveston never recovered, and is now a suburb of Houston.
I think NO will consists of little more than the French Quarter when all is said and done..............But what the hell do I know.
