Tony had the biggest turnaround
in one year of any 1st year coach..
Now having a soft schedule and brady out for the season
and eric magnini coaching the jets who released chad Pennington helped
though this is something tony can hang his hat on..

I think tony will find his way back unto a NFL roster
Maybe kicking coach..

I don't know if he'll ever be a head coach again, but someone will sign Tony as their O-line coach when he leaves. Hopefully someone in our division.

Tonys next gig?

He will never be an NFL head coach again, and rightfully so. The only reason he got the position with the Fins was so Parcells could have complete control of the team, a circumstance which any high-profile candidate would not be OK with.

I could definitely see him going back to some sort of assistant role.

O line coach? His o line stinks, and he is a terrible head coach. He will be coaching in college if one of his buddies doesn't give him a job.

He's of the Tuna's musty loins. He'll hang around in the NFL as an assistant.
Why not? He's probably good at it, and if he's learned some trade lessons
as a result of his experience with Miami, he'd be an excellent hire as a position coach.
His next course should probably be trying to learn the coordinater's trade and work
his way back through another route.

I don't blame the guy for reaching, and failing at a position he isn't suited to.
Sometimes you are better at X or X position. Doesn't mean you shouldn't stop
reaching up though.

I believe he will probably head back to Dallas as an assistant.

He's only responsible for the O line in as much as he's responsible for every
position on the field.

It amazes me when I hear some of these HC's say "All Defensive calls go through me!"

Bull farking puss buddy ro. If I were the DC or OC and the HC wanted me to clear
everything through him, he can go to hell. I've quite managment jobs (that I really needed at the time)
because I wasn't free to run my section as I saw fit within the structure of the organization.

I'd hope Tony didn't micromanage that position. If he did, that's probably a clue to why he's in trouble.
