Will tony be a head coach again in the NFL? Or an o line coach?

He'll probably wind up as a position coach on a team that has some ties to his former boss. I mean, if Dave Wannstedt of all people can still find work in the NFL, then I'm sure Tony will land on his feet somewhere. He'll NEVER be an NFL head coach again, you can take that to the bank.

Pornstache is a pretty good coach. He's not NFL HC materiel, but very few are.

He'll wind up going to coach a college team. He has proven that he can't coach or lead in the NFL. Look at the Bills, they had just as much time as us to prepare and they are incredible with a coach from Harvard. Sparano on the other hand can't even beat the Browns, he's failed to prepare our team for the season.

He's also proven he can't put together an offensive line for sh*t. (YOU'RE AN OFFENSIVE LINE COACH FOR F**KS SAKE!!!) I mean, who appoints an offensive line coach to be a HC in the NFL? Thanks a lot Ireland or Parcell's or whoever the hell it was.

Best case scenario......Belichick hires Sparano as an assistant coach. After a year, Belichick calls it quits and retires. Kraft begs him to return for one more year, even tells him he can coach home games only and let an assistant coach road games. Belichick agrees to coach one more year, providing Kraft promises to hire Sparano as head coach with full authority over personnel decisions when Belichick does retire. Instant debacle in New England.

Sorry, things like this only happen with the Dolphins.

yea why would BB do any of that he is a smart guy lol

He's only responsible for the O line in as much as he's responsible for every
position on the field.

It amazes me when I hear some of these HC's say "All Defensive calls go through me!"

Bull farking puss buddy ro. If I were the DC or OC and the HC wanted me to clear
everything through him, he can go to hell. I've quite managment jobs (that I really needed at the time)
because I wasn't free to run my section as I saw fit within the structure of the organization.

I'd hope Tony didn't micromanage that position. If he did, that's probably a clue to why he's in trouble.
Being that they say he is a micro manager, that just may be why this team is so screwed up.

I will let it go when he is let go. You guys clinging to what you want to happen is up to you.

Chill fella. Before you shed too many tears, the NFL is a brutal shark infested churn of players and coaches. The players and coaches realise this and get paid nicely.

Tony should pull a Wanny and Gailey. Go back to college for a while, restart at the collegiate level on some capacity, recoup some coaching value if he can, then try and make a comeback in the NFL after 5 years or so.

Tough road ahead.

I dont think Tony will ever be a head coach again..At any level..I think he could end up being and assistant somewhere..probably a line coach.

Well done Vaark the used car salesman he could manage those guys..

Tony breaking down all the stats for the week on the guys
Tony: ok johnny where is your hustle you like like carey out there??
Tony: Tommy you been getting lots of oil changes (field-goals)no major repairs (touchdowns)
but that's still good i will call you Carp.
Tony: hey you reggie i want you to stand in the middle by the bushes
by no means can you stay on the right or left side of this operation.. you got that?
