Are we going to beat the Jets? No we are not going to beat them: We are going to DESTROY the Jets!

Don't be fooled by the performance in Pittsburgh yesterday, it was a total meltdown on offense and defense. Jets will destroy the Dolphins, they are the superior team hands down.

that what they said last season until the dolphins knocked them out of the playoffs

Sanchez was 3-0 to start his career and played int he same tough building as henne in week 1.

You can mention who was out for Pitt but not who was out for the Jets?

are you saying Pitt has a bad offense? and what do last years rankings have to do w/ this year? the excuses never end for you.

and the fact remains that the jest are basically the same team, but now with a bonehead safety who creates more penalties than he's worth and a bonehead OC that lost 5 of the their last 9 games last season with a +5 scoring differential. This is the same team that went 7-7-2no contests, 11-5 and 8-8.. so your subjective "homervision" is understandable; you're a faithful fan who views the world thru green tinted lenses, but that doesn't make the jest any better than they really are.

I think it will be a tough game. If I were betting, I would take the Jets. However, two points I think that can really help us are #1) Reggie Bush continuing to pound the ball. Even if only for little gains, just keep doing it. That will lead to...#2) Thank goodness for a 1pm day. If we continue to pound it, I think their D-line could get worn down in the south FL heat. If we can keep it close, this is the way we win.

of course that was a true test for us, we throw out the great game against Buf and put everything into the bad game against Pitt. For you guys I'm sure your true test was yesterday, right?

We Dolphins fans are not saying we are going to make the playoffs like the jets fans are talking. If you are a playoff team, you do not get blown out the way you did in Pitt and without harrison and Polumalu. What if they were playing? Jets get shut out? Jets are a 8 win team no matter how you slice it. After this year, you will be looking for yet another franchise qb. Your def is good but gives up a lot of points and your cb's other than Revis are overrated and I am talking about Cromartie to be specific. Yesterdays win for miami was a great win for a young team. We don't know where we are at right now but with coach philbin, we are moving in the right direction. If it wasnt for the 2 tipped passes that turned to 14 pts against houston, we had a chance to be 2-0 even though it was a long shot to beat houston on the road. First 2 weeks show, jets and miami can beat lesser competition and cannot beat the real class of the AFC yet.

Exactly, keep in simple and run the ball down their throat. The Jets are 26th in the league giving up 4.8 yards per attempt. We are getting 5.5 per attempt.
Strength against weakness and let RT17 hit a few key 3rd down passes.

It was a 3 pt game at the half, we had chances even in the 4th. Don't let the final score fool you and Pitt missed some key guys but we were missing the best defensive player in the game along w/ another defensive starter plus sanchez's favoite target o offense and lost our starting RBb for half the game so spare me the nonsense about Pitt's injuries.

I am not talking playoffs, it's week 2 but to say playoff bound teams don't have bad losses is silly. we lost 45-3 in DECEMBER 2 years ago and made the playoffs.

we are 2 weeks into a season, to think everything is great in dolphin land b/c you won a game is a bit premature. Maybe it is? but allow the season to play out a bit please.

You had NO SHOT agaionst Houston so don't make tipped passes excuses. You got crushed, that game was over by halftime.

The bulk of those yds came in garbage time against Buffalo.

RT17? please stop.

You'll get to know RT17 well.

Depends........if Revis plays at or near full strength neutrilizes a key weapon , Hartline, Jets

win in a squeaker

Eh hate to break it to ya but not really. Dirty Sanchez sure as **** wasnt gonna bring you guys back the way he was playing.

And yes Houston kicked our ass bad, but last time I checked the Steelers kicked your ass as well.

Anyways, should be an absolute battle this coming Sunday. I picked the Fins to win by 3. Could go either way though

your game was over by halftime, ours wasn't over until the 4th.

On paper we should win comfortably but it's a rivalry game and you never know but I feel pretty good going down there and getting the W but we'll see.
