They win- They have better weapons than us, I am happy with our Defence (considering the lack of skill on the roster overall) but I think they will expose the weaknesses it currently has. This will be an issue as I think our offense will struggle badly against Ryans excellent defence. HOWEVER I think we will compete with them and give a good account of ourselves.

You really think the Jets have better weapons than us? :ponder: Interesting. Bush is definitely better than anything the Jets have in their backfield. Receiving wise, we've been marginally better. Hartline and Bess have been pretty good. The Jets receivers don't scare me at all. Hill was good one week, but disappeared the next. Santonio hasn't done much either.

Of course, all this can change come next week because I can see next week's game becoming a defensive battle. One big mistake...one big play on defense could end up deciding this game. I like our momentum though...hopefully we continue the good we've built on this week.

It is a tougher game than the Raiders, but it is another winnable game. Should be a close game, but I do like the Dolphins chances.

We better be working on hot routes!!! Jets will blitz the entire game so we have to use draws and screens to catch them in bad positions. Shutting down Greene is the #1 priority for the defense and Sanchez will blow the game when pressured. Protect the ball and we win!!! 10-6 is my score prediction.

Run game- we are better and they get wont much against us on the run, but they will defend our run much better as well. Sanchez is a decent passer and I have serious worries about our D and balls into the tight ends and mid/deep balls to the receivers and I think this may be where we get exposed. However I thought the raiders would win so I hope I am wrong again.

Id quite like to see Tannehill teach Timothy a thing or two about running the ball :brewskis: this could actually be a weakness for us to exploit, they will be watching bess/hartline and Bush closely, Tannehill is a big Athletic guy, let him run it straight down the middle a few times.

That's going to be tough, it's going to boil down if the players wanted it bad enough.

How bad do they wanted for us? Plain and simple, but luckily we get them at home on consecutive road games for them.

Morono in Sun Life Stadium. Run for 2 yard gain, poorly executed play action pass that goes incomplete, Wildcat on 3rd and long, Punt. Dolphins win.

i think as close as these two teams play each other the Dolphins excellent special teams play will make the difference. these games come down to a bounce, and sp tms are the place to take that advantage. remember ginn's two punt returns.

Don't kid yourself, Santonio Holmes is much better than any wide receiver we have on the roster.* Shonn Grenne is not a particularly good player and we certainly have the edge there, but on the other hand I don't see our defense covering Dustin Keller.

Both the Dolphins and Jets are tough to figure out right now, what with both teams having a blowout win and an ugly loss on their respective resumes. I think what is going to make or break this game for Miami is the whether or not the Dolphins can run the ball successfully. The Jets rush defense is tough to figure out. On one hand, they got absolutely torched by CJ Spiller, but on the other hand they did a good job of stuffing Pittsburgh today.

If Bush can run the ball the way he did against the Texans in the first half, we have a good chance to pull out a win. If not, well, Philbin and crew better have a rabbit ready to be pulled out of a hat.

* Santonio might be an idiot and a mental midget, but in a 6 year career he's got over 5,000 receiving yards to his credit and a Super Bowl MVP trophy. He's a good football player.

Of course the Dolphins are going to win, is this even debatable?

I feel good about this game. Our players will not let numbskull Sparano match back in here and get a W. fu<k that noise. incognito will probably tear a head off. We're riding high after this win, and not the letdown the next week type, the confidence inspiring kind. They knew the could win, but raping the raiders made it real. They'll be hungrier than the jets. If we get to Sanchez the games ours.

If we force a couple turnovers and protect the ball, I think we have a great chance.

The key is making enough plays in the passing game and avoiding getting roasted in the secondary. Those are our two biggest weaknesses, besides the scattered pass rush. We minimize these weaknesses and wins will follow, like today.
