I think Favre's health is a huge factor in this game. If he can play, and play effectively, there's no way Miami wins. However if it's backu vs backup or if Favre plays but is badly hampered by his injury, Miami has a chance.
This is going to be a close game. I could see it going either way. I believe this game will end up finishing very similar to the Denver game earlier this season, down to the wire.
