Some of this stuff is cracking me up. It seems like some people here are surprised that Ricky Williams is any good. C'mon guys we have already seen what he can do on a football field. It should surprise no one if he is he is the primary ball carrier come week 6.
Another thing people are forgetting. I keep hearing the media saying that Saban drafted Ronnie brown for a reason and that Ricky will be traded once his value increases and if not why WASTE a pick on Ronnie Brown. Yet, at draft time, you hear so much talk about taking the best available player on your draft board regardless of position. The Patriots and Ravens both draft that way and OH, what a coincidence that they are winners of 4 out of the last 5 Super Bowls. If Ronnie brown was the best available player on Miami's draft board, the pick will never be a waste. People need to make up their mind on what draft method is better, best available player or team needs but not play both sides of the fence. Ronnie Brown's versatility is going to be a huge factor for this team offensively whether he is the primary ball carrier or not.
