win on sunday 1st place

we win on sunday will be in first place

i know man that would be great....if someone would have told us before the season that wed be in 1st place(if we win this wknd)after 10 weeks i doubt any of us would have belived it.

With all the injuries to the Pats, Bills and Jets, we are still in this....but we really need a win this Sunday. I think we need a big game from Ronnie and Ricky and if we can control time of possession and no turnovers we got a great shot. AJ Feeley had a nice game when we beat New England next year...Gus needs to step it up and stop overthrowing Chambers and Welker....can't wait for the game.

We will be in 1st place as long as Buffalo also loses, because Buffalo beat us.....so automatically they get ahead of us, if at the end of the season both Buffalo and us are tied, theyll advance because they beat us....IF they beat us again in a few weeks. If we win against them and are tied, i think it comes down to Points Against and Points For. But Buffalo, NY, and NE seem to have tough schedules.

I mean look at Indianapolis, im shocked they are in 1st place and undefeated, they play such hard teams like.....the Houston Texans, twice a year.

Actually, if Buffalo wins, arent they in first because they beat us??

yes, but i think they will loose, but if they do win, they wont be on tope for long, we play them in a couple weeks

"hopes" are the only thing we have for playoffs....i highly doubt we'll beat the Pats on sunday we're a 6-10 team guys, not a 10-6 team. We're not going to the playoffs.

No, it'll come down to divisional record, where we currently stand at 0-2.

and they currently stand at 1-0....if we beat the Jets and Bills and split with the Pats we'd be 3-3 but i cant see the Patriots losing to the Jets and Bills.

But if anyone had told me they would be 4-5 I would i have belived it. THe surpirse is not in the fact that we're so much better but that the rest of the division is so much worst than expected. I honestly thought that neither the Jets, pats or Bills would los more than 9 games.

Nah, it will come down to two games vs the Pats.

The Jets and Bills are out of the run due to punishing schedules the rest of the year, and it's clear that this division won't get a wildcard. So, to go to the playoffs, you have to win the division.

Our best hope will be to win the division is to win against our direct opponent for the spot, which makes the games against the pats "two point games". By two point games I mean that winning will not only give us a win, but it will also give our only direct opponent a loss, thus the points from these games are extremely important compared to the other games.

Obviously, we have other games that we have to win also, but I'll give you this prediction:

If we win both games against the Pats we will be in the playoffs this year.

Our season is decided this Sunday.

I was answering a posters question about the second tie breaker for Division winner. 1st=head-to-head. 2nd=division record. I wasn't giving my opinoin about what will happen this year.
