i dont know how much harbaugh was involved in the defensive game plan today, but the game martindale called on the defensive side was outstanding. he gets it.

apparently hes also someone players gravitate towards. this is the type of leadership we need in miami; someone who earns the respect of the locker room and also understands Xs and Os.

i have no idea what ross and co. will end up doing with the next staff, but maybe they should have been in baltimore today, and not dallas last night.

I can 100% get behind this pick. The guy is a tough defensive guru. It's hard to tell just how good he is at defense because Baltimore is built to excel at defense, regardless of their DC, but the guys swear by Martindale and I have a hunch he is going to be a pretty good head coach. This is another guy I think we should be interviewing.
