You can only do so much when you don't have talent. Williams and Drake both run hard but Williams has the vision of Stevie Wonder. We needed a yard in the 4th quarter and it's sad that you know the guys we have just can't do it on three plays.
Williams and Drake have both had some long runs and then a whole lot of nothing. Actually oddly similar to a fair amount of Ajayi's starts, but completely different when you factor in that Ajayi can run throw contact and shred defenders behind the line while Drake and Williams are both pretty much gonna get the yards that are blocked for, which unfortunately is not often that much.
Has he ever converted in that situation in his career? His success % in 1-yard to go situations must be close to 0.0000000%%%%

Won't make a difference with the people making the picks. Is Tunsil as good as advertised? Howard? Harris? Picking early makes no difference.
