Winning Head Coach/OC/General Manager Combo

Promote Dom to head coach, hire Mike Martz for OC and leave Randy Mueller as GM. Let Mueller control the draft and evaluate the talent.

Sounds good to me. But would Martz leave his current job? Isn't he OC in Detroit or something?

I agree that we need a GM to make most of the decisions from now on. I dont think giving a coach full control works. However I really dont like Mike martz and wouldnt want him here. Anyway, would he leave one OC job for another? Its kind of a lateral move and he has already implemented his system in detroit.
One name that hasnt been mentioned is Steve Mariucci. ANy thoughts on him?

I think he would be a good fit. If not him then I think it would be best to either promote Dom or go with a young OC or DC.
