And we aren't talking about the Santa Barbara killer.... Winston can get TONS of women. he would have to go out of his way to find someone at FSU that didn't want to be with him.

This is a guy who feels like the rules don't apply to him. he doesn't care about rules. he can beat/rape women, he can steal crabs from publix, and he can go into Burger King and take stuff because he's a good athlete.

More than anything, that “new” incident really begged the question about how many illegal refills one would need to take in order to have a truly satisfying beverage experience, and how that could possibly worth it.

Nevertheless, TMZ managed to track down audio of the phone call to police. “I need three teenagers removed from my store right away,” the Burger King manager said on the phone. “I caught one of them stealing soda. I told them over and over again that it was theft. He said he didn’t care, and now he’s fighting with me, and refuses to leave. [All three of them are] male, black, six foot. And I’m like a five-foot little white girl, so they’re not going to listen to me no matter what I say.”

The police and DA didn't have enough evidence to even press charges much less be found guilty, but somehow he's still a rapist. He's less of a rapist than Ben Roethlisberger. I get that you guys are butthurt that FSU crushed and will continue to crush your college teams, but dragging a good kid's name through the mud is a new low. I'm sure none of you guys asked for a water cup from McDonald's/Burger King and put soda in there instead. I'm sure none of you guys accidentally walked out with something from a store. The kid was being mugged by fans and simply forgot to pay. He even admitted that he still messed up and completed community service to right that wrong. And please. IF the video showed consensual sex it wouldn't have somehow gotten "lost." It would have been point A in Winston's defense. His get out of jail free card.

As it was, the video was deep-sixed and the DNA evidence would have been entirely destroyed, had it not been for an outside organization. The university and Tallahassee PD is neck deep in corruption and protection of criminal star athletes.

No reasonable person can look at the evidence and even slightly pretend otherwise.

And this is coming from a person that is first to defend athletes from false accusations. I'm on record defending Starks, Cogs, and to some degree Pouncey.

These aren't false accusations though. The real thing, for which normal people are behind bars for many years.
