Winston Moss for Defensive Coordinator

After a reported "bad" interview with Reggie McKenzie for the Raiders head coaching position, do we go after Moss for DC. I would prefer him over Bowles as his secondary cost us numerous games over the last 2 years and he has asked Ross for permission to seek out other opportunities...

Only a promotion to HC cannot be blocked. Any other position can.

If a coach is under contract then teams only have to grant permission for them to interview as head coach elsewhere. Not as a coordinator.

Would be interesting if GB blocked moves for any of their assistants.

I expect Philbin to go after a few of them.

Moss as DC, I'm not sure. He is lready the Assistant HC in GB, so a move to DC would be a demotion if it doesn't come with an Assistant HC title.
