I posted a little before the draft last year that the only thing I fear was Jeff Ireland would mess it up. When you have that much room on the salary cap to go along with several draft picks it is a slam dunk. You build a winning team with all that resources, pure and simple. perhaps, he was fired a little too late.

We missed on Allen big time, but even his own coaching staff weren't going to use him until injury forced it. One terrific move SD made was getting Addae as UDFA. Big time contributer.

I agree but Fluker has been better than I expected and Keenan Allen is turning out to be the guy I expected although faster than normal.

im surprised flukers feet aren't getting exposed in pass pro more...he's a murderous run blocker...probably the best run blocking right tackle already in football...
