Well now you can! Another creative invention by the Houston Texans GM Tex Spam and here's how it works. Currently, there's a rule that states any $300k player that you recently signed since the start of free agency can be released. Now then, I love all the guys I was able to sign at bargain prices, just a reminder of who they are:

QB JT O'Sullivan
QB Brad Johnson
RB Chris Brown
RB Mewelde Moore
TE Bubba Franks
G Stephen Peterman
LB Reggie Torbor
LB Lemar Marshall
CB Karl Paymah
S Hamzah Abdullah (rated third in free agent safeties by walterfootball.com)
S Keith Davis

There are cetainly players in this list that I guarantee would be signed for more than $300k if they were able to hit the market again. If you are interested in one of these players, I'm interested in working out a favorable trade for my team. In exchange for working out such a favorable trade, I will include as part of the trade the RELEASE of whomever you wish from the list above. Then, you will be free to bid and hopefully sign said player. Again, take a close look at the list, think of how much these guys signed for in the real life free agency period and how big of an impact they will have with their real team.

Lastly, if you wish to negotiate, please PM me, I will not respond to any offers within this thread. Thank you.

so the trade is depending on whether or not they actually get the player?

no the trade goes thru when I release the player. what happens after that is beyond my control. it's basically a one sided trade on "paper"... like something you see from certain GM's.... I'll give you Jamar Fletcher and release Reggie Torbor for a second round pick... for example...

oh so its a joke thread:lol::lol:

Anyone interested in Braylon Edwards. I will be willing to accept offers for his release. Then you may bid on him and lose. Thanks.
