With no Daniel Thomas, this could mean we see Matt Moore this Sunday IMO

Matt Moore threw nice passes into the end zone that Henne didn't throw against backups or starters.

And except for this year, Chad Henne sucked in preseason no matter who he was playing.

This really has little to do with Matt Moore though. The point is, the team needs to stop trying the exact same thing that hasn't worked for over 2 years. I'd be here whining for Thigpen if he was still here. Or whining for Pennington if he was still backing Henne up. It makes no difference who is there; Henne needs to be replaced because no matter if he can throw 400 yards a game, he can't win and he can't score.

At the end of his career, Henne can join Jeff George in a special wing of the HOF for QB's who could have been winners but it was always somebody else's fault.

Idiotic. Why are you using last year's preseason faultering as a reason for him not to play, when he played pretty well in THIS years preseason (and regular season for that matter)? And like a poster said before, Henne played his best game of the season thus far without Thomas.

The point is, the same people who dog on Matt Moore because he only shined against second stringers still supported Henne when for most of his career he didn't even perform well against those second stringers. It's calling out people for using a double standard.

I don't agree with the logic no Thomas could equal Moore, my belief in a QB change is because I think that no matter who has been at RB, Henne has sucked when asked to deliver in big time situations. And he's done that over something like 30 career starts, and I don't think it's an intelligent decision to let the same QB who has ruined previous seasons ruin this one.

Really? The Chargers have played some of the worst Pass OFFENSES in the league!! They have played scrubs all season!

Chargers Pass Def Ranked 9th in the league... I wont show you the Dolphins pass D!

Ummm...sorry no disrespect but this thread is stupid...henne is a team captain.the only way Moore will get in is if it is out of hand or injury

Without our only bright spot on offense this season, the Dolphins are going to rely on Henne more than usual and this could mean a rough day for the Michigan QB against a very good pass defense. I can easily see Sporano and Co try and save their arses any way they can and this means giving Matt Moore a shot if Henne aint cuttin the mustard on Sunday!

At this point, watching the Dolphins play every week is like watching a horror movie. You know its going to end bad but you still watch and are intrigued by the complete misery. There is no possible way you can enjoy this team the way they are constructed and playing weekly.

Do you happen to know the lottery numbers for this coming weekend?

It's pretty obvious that without Thomas, our running game and line will screw whoever is behind center by going backwards on every run play.

Moore played like I thought he would. Except it was because of henne getting nailed. Colombo should carry irelands stuff on their way out.
