With Ross and Irelands track record.

Im very skeptical on whether Ross and Ireland can pull this off. What have they done for me to be so confident in their abilities period? IMO They do have a shaky track record . That's why the fans are paying for banners. This is not to say they can't start getting it right , signing Peyton Manning would be a step in the right direction. But as long as these two are involved , I'll take the wait and see approach.

The universe is even..fair... I am sure the will sign him. I don't see us missing on this one. This is by far the biggest target we have aimed for for a while. If they go in.... they will get him. We aren't talking about Fisher who had concerns for the qb position. Manning isn't concerned about the head coach who isn't fired. Manning is ready to play for a team who can win now. Manning will be a dolphin. So will wayne. And he will be a phin by the end of the week.

Like I stated earlier today on my thread please keep a positive mind. We are so close. I feel ross and ireland are on a bit of a hot streak right now with the current coaching staff. The organization is strong and stoic ATM. I dont want to hear about how jeff did this and didnt do this. I dont want to hear about how ross didn't close the deal. ITS A NEW DAY. COME TOGETHER AND BE HAPPY. We have a shot at peyton manning. Go big or go home.

GO DOLPHINS AND GO DOLFANS!!!

So when the face of your franchise has to beg a Superstar free agent to sit down for a visit what does it tell you about this front office.I told you guys get used to swinging and missing until something in the front office changes.to quote the Palm Beach post

The Dolphins had to enlist the help of Hall of Famer Dan Marino just to get a meeting with free agent Peyton Manning, according to a report from the Palm Beach Post. For the same reasons that Jim Harbaugh and Jeff Fisher grew leery of the organization, we've suspected all along that the Dolphins were never a true contender for Manning. This report confirms that sentiment. Until owner Stephen Ross places more emphasis on football than gaining a firmer toehold for the Dolphins on the South Beach entertainment scene, there are going to be more swings-and-misses.
