With these thoughts from a well experienced NFL WR, which WR should we draft if available to us from #20 - #56? (Don't think we'll move up more than 5 picks and assume we'll pick one not named Crabtree or Maclin with 1 of our first 3 picks)

What do you feel is the most important aspect to be a successful receiver in the NFl. More speed or crisp routes?

I think it has to be your ability to run a route, for one. Two, your durability. I believe teams can neutralize a receiver's speed. Everyone is fast in this league. But if you have a guy who can run a route, it's difficult to cover him.
With that in mind, logic says pick the best route runner, who is durable, with the best hands, with average to above average speed!!
