Woman alleges harassment from Incognito?

Could you imagine if Martin's agent put this woman up to this? The second the pendulum starts to swing toward Richie's side, this comes out to further call his character into question.

The alleged incident happened May 18, 2012, at the Turnberry Resort & Club.
 
i just saw the video of incognito shirtless at the bar on deadspin. dude is a moron who obviously cant handle liquor. i'd bet this is true and you can wave goodbye to him ever playing the nfl again.
 
I believe the police report was filed a year ago when the incident happened. It seems like the Dolphins paid her to keep her mouth shut.

She filed the complaint with police when it happened, the dolphins did nothing about the complaint and know she going to get paid lol something tells me this will not be the last issue with Richie.....if this gets to a court room he doesn't have a chance

Doubt it. More likely this just seemed like a very good time to bring the case forward. The guy you're accusing has been made to look like anything from a total POS to a dunce with poor impulse control in the last few days.
