I dont understand how anyone could defend this situation in ANY context! Sexual harasment is against the law. Like someone mentioned above we would be CRUCIFYING this guy if he was on the Jets or Patriots, or any other team for that matter! This organization needs to be BLOWN UP and new management needs to come in!

Then why wasn't he charged ? A police report was filed.........

But it's all moot point now. The casualty is the truth. THE MOUSE has put this in play. The racism card didn't work , so THE MOUSE played the sexism card. I'm sorry is Cogs running for office as a (R) ?

My question is why did she take the money? I can't imagine the fact she was willing to take money to keep it quiet is a good thing for her.

EXACTLY !! By accepting the pay off she agreed that in essence nothing happened. But it doesn't matter now. I am not Richie's dad.
 
Looking back, I can't believe Incognito got on twitter and was complaining about people ruining his name. He did that all by himself.
 
People here are gonna defend Saint Richard until the end I see. He's the one sticking his golf club in her crotch yet this lady is the bad person. I'm appalled and dumbfounded.

My answer to that is that its ONE female against HUNDREDS of male dominated NFL corporation known by the name of the Miami Dolphins. It says clearly that she tried to fight this claim, but everyone turned a blind eye. If you are one against hundreds in a corporation (that completely turned the the other way), the result is she would be slandered a BITCH! Im not a female by the way, but I completely empathize if that were my wife, daughter, etc... I would be outraged and would understand if she took the money and ran, when they approached her and told her not to go into months or maybe even years of litigation.
