So do u think Martin was a eyewitness to what happened since this is now leaked or he heard about it.
I love to how some one to somehow make that person seem bad since she might have taken money for her silence.
maybe she didnt feel like being dragged into court and wasnt sure it would do any good because it would still be her word against his and we know the majority of the board would never believe anybody over InCognito

She did file it last year even after Nat Moore apologized for Incognito's behavior, but there was some sort of private settlement with her and the team. Martin's lawyer is the one that dug it up.

That's what I'm thinking man, maybe she didn't wanna be dragged into this. This team might have been her favorite team too. Or, the Dolphins maybe tried to do a preemptive strike by offering her money even if that wasn't her intent. Regardless, her being called names in my opinion is wrong
