The defense is learning new schemes, I'm not too worried, yet. Keep in mind also, most of Chicago's points came on some combination of Miami's 2nd and 3rd string, as well as players who won't even make the team. As for the offense, maybe Saban is running the Wanny "very vanilla" playbook in the preseason?
I know it's a reach, but think of how much he keeps everything in house, so to speak, he isn't going to give anything away in a worthless game, Miami almost won anyway. He surely did use the same players, he'll bench or cut the turds (Feeley, McKinney, Lee, etc.) and mix it up eventually.
People need to stop bashing Kris Richard too, he was compensation for Flemons, a guy we didn't need! Flemons was undrafted and Richard cost Miami nothing. If he works out, all the better, if he doesn't, oh well.
As for the Bears, I'll say this, their defense looks good and Kyle Orton should be the starter, not Rex Grossman.
