Something's got to give...

Washington State is among the worst Division 1 teams in a long, long time. The lone win is against a bad D2 opponent and the Cougs have been held without a TD in 5 of their 7 conference games. All that needs to be said is that despite being 0-10 and not having covered against the spread in 8 straight weeks, Vegas has made the Huskies 8.5 point favorites on the road in Pullman.
