Please forgive me if there have been similar threads in the past, and rightfully so, but I am new so I haven't seen one yet. In your opinion, what is the worst move Ireland  has made? Mine has to be swapping Dansby+ Burnett for Ellerbe+Wheeler, although technically that is two moves.

No this is the first thread criticizing Jeff Ireland.

man, I was just thinking of really ripping into you on this subject because it's been beat to death, but than I saw the pat white reply... and holy **** that was a bad idea...

Not demanding Mike McCoy as the HC over Joe.

I realize there have been thousands, maybe millions of threads criticizing him. I was just trying to see what people thought was officially the worst move.

Better to make a thread of his best moves........see if he's made any.

Asking "Is your mother a prostitute"? Yeah, that is what our GM asks to possible candidates to come to Miami to play. People wonder why no serious head coaching candidates want to come here. I am seriously numb that this DBAG still has an office in Miami Dolphins headquarters.

Which coaching candidates don't want to come here?

Tannehill? (even though that pick was a given) other then that Clay and Grimes. That's pretty much it.

I would say the complete inability to form a competent offensive line. How many picks has he wasted on cornfed crap lineman? Dallas Thomas, Jonathan martin, etc. So many wasted picks. And then this year, knowing o-line was an issue, he decided to stick with Martin and not go with any backup plan whatsoever. Like LT isn't that important, so let's draft 300 cbs who won't play.

Becoming a GM in the first place....then I would say selecting injured players and hoping for the best.
