Worst part of Tua injury besides the Injury

100% speculation on my part, but we know he was dealing with a back issue, and he looked slightly off all game, so maybe he saw it and thought "with my back issues, I'm not confident I can make that throw" and hesitated.

I don't know, just taking a wild guess. Got nothing beyond that. Previous 3 games he would have fired that pass without hesitation.

Looks to me like he was about to throw it and saw the free runner... Last time he got this look and threw the ball, he broke some ribs... He was just late to the read. **** happens.

Another theory thats terrible to think about and it has to do with purposely trying to make it the T.Hill show in part due to the comments stuff with Apple.

Was this guy suggesting that maybe his head wasn't clear and that's why he missed the open guys? It's probably as simple as having a pre concieved notion of where he was going with that play.

Everyone knew he had time to make the throw and it happens to every QB - every week. We can micro-analyze everything to death but it was one unfortunate play out of a season.
True but if he throws the goddamn ball he survives to play another snap. Tua is fragile, can't argue that with too much conviction, he MUST learn to take care of himself, it's the only thing that could derail his career.

Lol what?? Not at ALL.

I agree with the comments about his back bothering him and overly trying to push to Hill cause of his comments on Apple.

I’ve said it a couple times, that he was pushing the ball up field way too much and more than the norm… and missing. So he looked off (maybe injured still) and yet kept pushing out of general early season play character.

Not sure if the gameplan was to consistently push it up field or if that was Tua but that’s what stuck out to me as funny about that first half… especially for a dude who is already injured… get rid of the ball fast.

I'd rather take the INT on the sideline at their 12 than a sack at the logo. Really would love to see what Skylar or any other QB would do here. Wish Tua would trust the concept, and I'm a Tua fan, but come on man. You get a feeling like a QB like Rodgers would break all-time records with this offense and these receivers.

Getting slammed to the turf is not fragile. It's unlucky
