Hope you guys are aware we are playing the NFL's worst defense. give up 483 yards a game. IF RB doesnt gain 100 and DC doenst haev a GOOOOOOOOOD game then we are in big trouble.

ronnie geting 100yds all depends on how culpepper does. if culpeper has a bad game ronnie will have less time to get yards if we keep having to punt. if culpepper has a big game then ronnie probibly will too. its ALL down to culpepper

Which all comes down to the O-Lines ability to block and the recievers ability to shake coverage or find the hole in zone.

what? so if ronnie does bad its because of culpepper? a runningback is a qbs best friend, and pepe and brown are behind the same o line. how about if ronnie cant run the ball itll be hard for daunte to pass the ball because theyll have more defenders in coverage

Dont get me wrong, I think the most important thing is the ability for the whole team to play well. A good running game will open up the passing game as they will be forced to keep 8 men in the box, but that doesnt mean that the ability to throw the long ball doesnt open up the run game since they will be forced into coverage.

Its just a scale that needs to be balanced and so far this year we havent been doing that.

it'll be a high scoring game, they got it going through the air against our so-so secondary. Theres no doubt that we'll shut down there ground game. But there no.32 defense cant stop Daunte and the gang

I'm sure our O-Line will be the first to give up a sack to mario williams...god our line is bad.

Lets be fair here, even barry Sanders couldnt do anything behind our Line. I dont dislike CPep, while I have said hes been sucking this year, I think the main reason is his support. He has NO Blockers and only 1 reciever who seems to be doing anything.

A Friend of mine who also is a Dolphins fan was saying yesterday "God we need a Better QB, lets trade Culpepper while he still has any value for a half decent one we can work with." I stuck up for Daunte by saying that if we need to address any position this year through trade its going to be on the line or in the secondary.

Thank you for the sanity... This team needs major help on the O-line and it's just stupid to try and pass judgement on either Pepper or RB when they have nothing more than a used hanky to protect/block for them

Thank you. It all begins in the trenches. Until Hudson Houck turns our O Line into meateating rotweilers who ravage anything in sight, Ronnie Brown won't be getting 150 yd games rushing results, unless we play teams who can't stop the run. We could make it better temporarily by passing to open up the game and keep the safeties and corners back a bit and off balance, but if we keep opening run run run or run run pass when we don't make yardage...then forget it.
Go deep to chambers on the first play, go for it all and let them know we can do it. Score first and don't play catch up. Take some heat off the O Line so they can get balanced and it a groove. lets make that move on Sunday against Houston and score 40 points, 3 or less penalties and hold them to under 9 points... all field goals.. make a statement.
