Would everyone still want Brees if he cant play this Season?

no, the only reason i want brees over a rookie is b/c we have a better shot at the super bowl and i really want to see zach and JT win before they retire

Agreed. If Brees is injured moreso than we all think, I wouldn't take the risk. He would be out a year and then have to shake off all rust, make sure he knows the system and not get re-injured starting in 2007? You may set the franchise back for years if that is the case.

I only take Brees if he is healthy enough to play this season.

well it depends on contract length, i imagine that gets rid of the idea of him wanting a one year contract? I dont know i wouldnt be mad if we still sign him with that risk.
