If we had not made a trade, do you think one of the two would have been there at 12? Would Philly had been the only team to select a WR between 6 and 12?
We are losing because we have terrible coaches on the offenses side of the ball and the defense went away from what worked in 2020.No... and we would have been better off.
We are not losing because of a lack of weapons; we are losing because our Offensive Line and Defensive pass rush are poor.
Unlike some on here, I still love the Waddle pick. I just wish they had a competent OC’s who could produce an offensive scheme that could take advantage of Waddle’s skills. Having him constantly running 4 yard pass patterns isn’t fooling any defense. If we had not made a trade, do you think one of the two would have been there at 12? Exactly Rashawn Slater come on down would of been a no brainer.No... and we would have been better off.

Agreed.No... and we would have been better off.

I don't believe Sewell is better than Slater, I saw way too much Rashawn in college against a lot better competition. That being said I think they're both going to be studs but we could have Slater at 12 and like you said if you have Slater/Sewell and Wirffs and still have our pick. But the way our coaches have been game planning this year they may have screwed them guys up to.Agreed.
I have said it many times.
Imo, I never thought we would question if Waddle was the right WR at 6.
We will question whether we should have taken Sewell at 6.
We shall see. So far, I feel I may have been right.
It was said we tried to trade up for Wirffs.
Imagine. Wires and Sewell... one can only dream
