Wheeler is two years younger than the weak-side linebacker he will replace, Kevin Burnett. And Ellerbe is four years younger than former middle linebacker Karlos Dansby, 31. Ellerbe can play middle linebacker, but a source said he might play strong-side linebacker, with a draft pick or Koa Misi moving to middle linebacker.

Do you think if Teo was on the baord at #42 we would draft him?

Would rather pick up Greene this year or Skov next.

No disrespect but did you watch the National Championship Game when he was thrown around like a ragdoll by the Crimson Tide? Why bring in a guy whose sexuality might cause a rift in the locker room....not that there is anything wrong with being gay, which he may or not be....but do we really want a circus of journalists around our locker room all day? I think Te'o is all hype and very slow and we just added two LB's....why go after Te'o??

Greene could very well be the pick. Good ball skills and has a knack for turnovers.

I would absolutely love Greene, but I have to think Miami fills other needs early in the draft. That would be one athletic group of linebackers, though.

Pretty well sums it up. Go back in time & for some reason this man reminds me of Brian Boswoth.........lot of in season hype & pub, epic failure at the next level

Nope. Not our biggest need before the FA or less so now. If we can get 4 years out of the two new LB signings, then that would be great, but I dont see us drafting any LB this year. Maybe next year to groom, but not this year.
