we needed linebacker help bad and this draft is pretty deep with O-line, with spikes going off the free agency market i think i would consider trading up for this kid, plays like an absolute stud.

I wouldn't trade up for anybody. We're still rebuilding, and honestly I don't know why we traded up last year, although it was not bad, deal-wise.

We've been "rebuilding" for 10 years. We are not rebuilding and its a very false statement. I hate hearing it. We wouldn't have paid Wallace the money we paid last year nor Albert the money we paid him this year

No, we need all the picks we can get. Also, It will cost a fortune to get that high in this years draft.

There is not one person in this draft I would trade up in round one for. The only slight consideration would be Ebron and it would only be a few spots but I doubt I would do it.

I would trade up a couple spots for Mosley or Ebron, otherwise stand pat at 19.
Chris Borland will be there in the 2nd or 3rd round. I would take him instead of trading up.

Nope. Trade down if our targeted players are gone. Pick up an extra 3rd rounder.

I'd trade up for Sammy Watkins. As much as this team has needs elsewhere, as usual, the one thing we still lack is a dynamic playmaker. Wallace should have been that guy, but it didn't click last year. Try again. Load up on playmakers.

We're not close to anything, this year, and we don't need to trade up. Unless you were gunning for a franchise quarterback, or there was really some kind of marque player up there.

We're not rebuilding? We have a brand new OC and brand new OL coach, and new manager. We have a QB who needs to take another step or lose his job, and an O line being completely rebuilt. Pouncy and Wallace were the only elite players on offense. We had Long, but lost him, and Albert is the replacement. We did not overpay for Albert, we paid market value.

And I'm curious, what draft picks do you project we'd have to give up? Because once you determine that, then you have to think about the players you're losing out on. We need upgrades everywhere.
