Philly is suddenly showing strong interest in RGIII but they have the 15th pick and 2 second rounders. not enough to even get in the ballpark for what it will take to get Stl's pick.

so, would anyone here consider the following:

trade J Long (who is thinking about the market after 2012) straight-up for Mike Vick.

we'd still have our picks to get BPA (a replacement for Long perhaps in rd1, other needs later) and we'd have Vick at QB. Philly would then be able to add Jake to their offer to Stl so they could move up for RGIII (Stl is a mess at OT so getting Long would be huge). They could not use Vick in an offer to Stl as the Rams have Bradford already.

Just another scenario that is 99.9% not likely to happen, but that 0.01% sure would be interesting.

Hell no. Vick sucks.
 
The right side of our line was terrible. Now you want to make the left side terrible too? On top of that, bring in an animal killer that is not the best at QB? Ummmmm....no
 
Why would I get Vick over RGIII?

Why not just throw Jake Long to the Rams and get RGIII?

I'm not saying I would do any of it, but I would go RGIII over Mike Vick.
 
Trading Jake just creates one more huge need that isn't going to get filled this off-season. With the right free agent/draft Mimai has a shot at having the best offesne line in the NFL. Mike Vick doesn't trump that, Aaron Rogers - yeah, Vick - no.

No just no, but HELL NO. On top of the fact he's not REALLY a consistent top-tier QB, I absolutely DO NOT WANT that disgusting excuse for a human-being sullying up the Dolphins roster.
 
This has the potential to be the worst thread/idea in FH for 2012.
 
This thread should be deleted.....Vick is over-rated and we shouldnt even entertain the idea of having him on our roster.
 
I would rather have RGIII than Vick and I would take Long over any OT in the draft
