Would you file charges if u got beat up by a Dolphin player?

i will get an autograph first, then sue, i think the better thread is, if you get sexually abused by a fins or cowboys cheerleader would you file charges

Yeah sure and likewise, if people are weak enough to get a disease, they should just operate on themselves without anaesthetic because only weaklings would go 'crying to the surgeons to handle their business for them'.

Of course I would report it. Anyone attacking someone else for no reason deserves to be legally charged for it.

i have been rooting for the fins since the early 70's but come on, they are just men like you and me. i even find it hilarious when some of you are obsessed with autograghs. i would much rather shake a mans hand look into his face and say hello nice to meet you.

Yeah because disease is a legal matter or crime. Not even comparable. 9 times out of 10 when there is a fight both parties are to blame.

Also the question was posed as if the supposed "victim" approached the "attacker" and said nothing about being attacked for "no reason". Not from where I could tell

So I guess it would be like getting lung cancer from smoking. You knew better to begin with and brought it on yourself. Why should you get to sue the tobacco company just because you ignored all warnings?
 
It's not that stupid a question. There are probably a couple of jock sniffers here that wouldn't file charges. Now, this assumes that they just randomly assaulted me for no particular reason. If I for any reason was to just assault anyone else, I would hope they would file against me.

I would file criminal and civil charges.

Life is tough. It's tougher when you're stupid.

Because this sort of attitude leads to an escalation of violence that could involve or injure other people, or could lead to more injury. Also, people think that just because you play football at a pro level you can fight. That's not necessarially true. Their life is dedicated to playing football. For the better part of the last decade my life has been dedicated to protection of myself, my clients and their property against people that are far more dangerous than professional athletes. It may just result in them getting their beating AND being sued for their trouble :woot:

Not saying it would, but it might. Never know. What's to say they wouldn't file on you when you went for your payback? That whole "honor" thing went out with saying "uncle" in the schoolyard.

This is a stretch! Any Defense Attorney will argue that with a simple stiff arm and you would knock him to the ground and run away from him like the rest of the NFL!
 
if i was flicking beer nuts at him,and slapped his girlfriend on the as*.then no.but if he sucker punched me because i was better looking .then yes lol.
