Since the Jest screwed Drew Stanton by trading for Tebow, they will try to trade him.

Would you give up a conditional 6th or 7th for a guy like Stanton? I don't see why it would hurt. I believe Stanton knows how to run a west coast offense, although he HAS been a career backup on the Lions. If Philbin is indeed throwing a big ol' quarterback competition, I say get him in here.

Probably not. He is upset about 'losing' the #2 spot in his team.

Why would he want to fight for a #3 spot on ours?

No, I don't want 3 no.2 QBs on the team.

I would as long as he gets his @ss off his shoulders, and come into a competition, why not.

I would make that trade(7th) during the middle rounds of the draft if we fail to land a top QB in the first couple of rounds. Our QB position is wide open, plus even though Gerrard says he is healthy after back surgery, after he throws a few thousand balls in camp, he could have a relapse of some sort. The questions for me would be, is Stanton better than Devlin today. I would say yes. Stanton would be good insurance.

He is a decent backup but I don't see any reason to bring him in. We need all of the draft picks we can get and I don't see him really competing with Moore or Gerrard for the starting job.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....My god enough of crappy quarter backs.

If Ireland can steal another Jimmy Wilson, no. If everyone left in the 7th is just camp fodder, yes.

NO! should have stayed with the yankees .. might have a career

Why the heck would you give the Jets a draft pick for their now #3, disgruntled QB? If anything his attitude can only hurt the Jets...why would we want to take that away?
