Now that Dennis Green is out in Arizona, who will be in?

Don't expect to see Pete Carroll. Word out of Arizona is that Carroll would want too much money -- and too much control. The Cardinals are not willing to give him total control of the football operations.

Sounds like he maybe ready to move back to the Nfl
 
Pete Carroll would be my first choice....I know I still hate him for giving Pete Stoyanovich the choke sign, but he can flat out coach. Lets make him a nice offer.
 
No. No. HELL No.

Pete Carroll already flamed out in the NFL. He's a college coach. Lets not make the exact same mistake twice in a row.
 
besides the money why would Carroll leave USC?? :shakeno:

the teams loaded next year and has a shot at the NC.
 
He's already failed in the NFL twice. No thank you.
 
He is great at making in game adjustments

He wouldn't leave the premiere college football job for the NFL then leave us high and dry to go back to college

He has NFL head coaching experience already
 
No coach should ever have ultimate power. It has been proven in recent years that giving a coaches ultimate power doesn't work. The Nick-tator tried and it overwhelmed him. Mike Holmgren tried it in Seattle and the team struggled until he gave up GM duties.

I wouldn't leave if I were him BUT, these coaches have big egos and the fact that he failed before might give him the fire to try again
 
No he is not a NFL HC and I do not want Miami to sign another college coach.
