Would you give up the season to draft Leinart?

Besides Leinart is WAY overrated, he will not be a good NFL QB.

Yeah, I guess they just hand out those HEISMAN TROPHY's to just about anybody these days.

Wording this differently probably would've gotten you a better reaction. Say if you put it, would you take another pathetic season in order to be a Sb contender in about 2 years? My answer is yes, the AFC is loaded, and I think Saban will be a successful head coach, but I don't think the Phins are good enough to contend, there are alot of holes on the team, and playing in the East is gonna be rough, the funny thing about all that is the Phins are a playoff team in the NFC.

Good quote djfresh,
Look we're all fans here, I don't want any bashing, banning, or trouble with anyone. Alright, I'm going to admit that watching the Dolphins yesturday got me excited for football again, but I think that watching them struggle is hard to watch, and getting a QB like Leinart would be a great addition.

Seeing everyone elses response to the game was bad too!
Posts like "Ricky wont do anything" and "Feeley Sucks" and "If Feeley is the starting Qb then I'll kill myself"

EVERYONE IS TIRED OF LOSING

I know Saban will turn us around but I do not know if it will bw totally this year, I will be happy if he does but not totally mad at him if he doesnt give us an automatic change.

I'LL ADMIT, IT WAS DUMB TO POST A THREAD TO GIVE UP THE SEASON, BUT TO SAY THAT LEINART IS OVERRATED OR SUCKS, THATS JUST AS DUMB TOO.

IM SORRY FOR THE DUMB THREAD IM JUST AS FRUSTRATED AS YOU ARE!
THROW ME A FREAKING BONE HERE!

give up? no.

but if you have already lost 12 games, with 1 week to go, i dont think you will be winning that last game.

That may be the way the Bills would think, but after last year it should be obvious that there was no quit in the Phins.

so is that what you got from last season's performance? ok.

but no team in the NFL or coach in the NFL would intentially loose a game to get a better draft pick. now a few months later on draft day, they say to them selves, "why the hell did he catch that game winning TD? we only won 4 games and we still only have the #2 pick" :shakeno: .

but players do quit. they just say, "im injured" and sit out the rest of the season. or the coaches "put the young guys in there to see what they can do".

If those types of players were on my team I would "take them to task" for the obvious quitting. I think it's unforgiveable to quit before the final whistle is blown.
And I was referring to the last few games the Phins played. They could have "mailed it in", at that point, but you could see that they were giving it 110%. If you couldn't tell that from watching the last few games, then maybe you need to visit 'Lenscrafters'.

Ban?

F*** You!

I HATE that stupid ban sign. If you absolutely have to pretend you are someone important and could "ban" someone there should be a five dollars charge for using it.

no!!

I'm one of Matt's biggest fans... but the season, come one!?
